At iTapTap™, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is completed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

We offer free shipping to most countries. Estimated delivery time is typically 5–12 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.

While most orders arrive within this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Please note that iTapTap is not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.


Shipping Requirements


To ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order, please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, the customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery or lost mail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

If a package was returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order. 



Shipping Protection

We offer Shipping Protection to give you extra peace of mind. For a small additional fee at checkout, your order is covered in case it is lost in transit or damaged during shipping.

To file a claim, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) with your order details.

Please note: Shipping Protection excludes:

  • Packages marked as delivered
  • Packages sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout
  • Claims submitted after the 3-day window

Adding Shipping Protection is optional, but it’s an easy way to ensure your order is safe from unexpected shipping issues.
