At iTapTap™, we want you to have a great experience with your purchase.
If you need assistance with your order, please contact our support team at itaptapnow@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for processing.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Returned in the original packaging
- Not modified or altered in any way
Before sending any item back, you must first contact our support team to request a return authorization. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Important Notice Regarding Cards
The iTapTap™ Pay wand is designed to securely hold a debit or credit card so users can conveniently tap payments using the wand.
However, iTapTap™ is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced cards that are inserted into the product. Users are responsible for the security and handling of their own cards at all times.
We recommend removing your card from the device when not in use and exercising the same precautions you would with any payment card.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed. After this time, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and can no longer be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at itaptapnow@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.
